Curriculum

EHA’s curriculum is based upon I Corinthians 3:11: “For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” Education at EHA is focused on Jesus, who is Truth. History is His Story as we know that human history will culminate in the return of Jesus. Science is the revelation of God in and through His creation. Language is God’s gift of communication, how we can read and understand His Word and share it. Mathematics unfolds the beautiful precision of the genius of God. There is no subject in which Christ is not central and in which the wisdom and knowledge of God are not sought.

Our liberal arts curriculum provides an appropriately challenging program of study that emphasizes verbal and mathematical fluency at every grade level, Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. Discipleship is the first class of each day in all grades, and offers a delightful time of fellowship, prayer, and study of God’s Word. Enrichment classes in the lower grades and elective courses in middle school allow students to explore their gifting in art, music, athletics, drama, and other areas.

EHA students also participate in an annual Oratory Presentation which enables every student to master verbal communication beyond the classroom.
