Love God.

Becoming one who loves God, a graduate of Elijah House Academy will:

    • Learn about God through His vast creation and seek to be a good steward of it.
    • Understand and articulate the “big story” of Scripture through the categories of creation, fall, and redemption; be able to connect all of Scripture to the person and work of Jesus Christ.
    • Apply their understanding of God’s revelation by proclaiming the good news of Jesus in word and deed and working towards Kingdom shalom through righteousness and justice.
    • Possess hearts full of Gospel-filled hope for their families, churches, and communities. 
 

Love neighbor as self.

Becoming one who loves neighbor as self, a graduate of Elijah House Academy will:

    • Appreciate the diversity of God’s image-bearers and will seek to be in authentic relationships with people of various cultures and ethnicities.
    • Engage and deeply invest in service to those around them.
    • Demonstrate humble confidence coming from an understanding of their identity and dignity.
    • Holistically care for themselves through the formation of personal disciplines and healthy habits.
 

Love learning.

Becoming a person of wisdom and virtue, a graduate of Elijah House Academy will:

    • Joyfully engage with and learn from great thinkers and artists.
    • Develop both synthetic and critical thinking skills that result in creative problem-solving.  
    • Communicate clearly, boldly, and collaboratively through both the spoken and written word with the goal of edifying their audience and glorifying God.
    • Exercise resourcefulness and initiative in tackling academic challenges.
